Full time fixed term role until the 15th of September 2026 with possibility of extension Enhance the student experience by supporting smooth, innovative teaching programs and efficient operations at the University of Sydney Centre for English Teaching (CET) Learning Hub Base Salary $99,455 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Education Services Officer, you’ll contribute to the smooth delivery of high-quality and innovative teaching and learning programs across the Centre for English Teaching (CET) Learning Hub. With a focus on efficient systems and responsive service, you'll support the coordination of key operational activities and work closely with staff, students, and stakeholders to help create a dynamic and well-organised learning environment. Your key responsibilities will be to: contribute to a collaborative and cohesive team environment reporting into the Deputy Director Education Services manage backend operations including staff timetabling, venue bookings, and casual staff payroll support casual teaching staff onboarding, induction, and recruitment processes coordinate student orientation activities and ensure compliance with WHS procedures assist with creating and distributing the CET teaching schedule and relief teaching arrangements input teacher and student data into the student management system and generate reports as needed About you tertiary qualifications or equivalent working experience demonstrated experience working in a high-volume administrative role experience working within HR administration and/or working in teaching environments would be highly regarded meticulous attention to detail when working at pace and volume developed stakeholder management and relationship building skills high-level organizational skills.
