We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to support our growing business.
* This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling payments, replenishing stock and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service and previous experience working in a customer service role.
* A driver's license is required for local deliveries.
* Experience with stock handling and merchandising is also highly regarded.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our sales team, assisting customers with their needs and building strong relationships with repeat customers.
Sales Support
* Provide solutions to trade and retail customers
* Tint paint products to customer requirements
* Inventory control (Goods Receiving/Stock taking)
* Take orders in-store and by phone
* Replenish stock including 15L paint drums
About You
* Strong numeracy skills sufficient to perform POS transactions and comprehend tint percentages/ratios
* Problem-solving skills and ability to use Microsoft office and outlook
* Able to follow instructions and work effectively unsupervised
