Clinical Intake Role Overview

This is a key position within the Clinical Intake Team, focusing on administration and supporting service delivery.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Intake Team, including data management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage clinical intake data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

* Relevant qualification in Health, Administration, IT, Data Management or related field.
* Proven experience in administration, customer service and data management.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office software.
