Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operational management of the centre, supporting its project deliverables and academic endeavours. They will be responsible for collaborating with the centre's leadership and academic team to provide operational and project leadership and management.

* Effectively mentor and manage a team of three, providing high-level guidance and support.
* Lead the day-to-day operational management of the centre, support its project deliverables and academic endeavours.
* Ensure efficient financial management, governance and control.
* Manage risk and workplace health and safety for the centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in delivering and maintaining operational programs aligned with organisational and project objectives. They should have demonstrated experience managing medium-scale budgets, operations, projects, and resources effectively. Additionally, they should be able to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a positive, high-performing and culturally aware work culture.
