As the Correspondence Officer for Patient Safety and Quality (PSQ), Clinical Excellence Queensland you will liaise, negotiate and consult with the senior management and officers to ensure correspondence is completed in a timely manner. You will examine incoming correspondence, papers and reports to determine action and priorities. The role also provides a high-level administrative support to the PSQ Executive team as required.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated experience in autonomously managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, proof reading and editing. You will have the ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers. Furthermore, you will have high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and experience including knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the information systems relevant to the business.
