Lead the Next Chapter of One of Australia's Most Exciting Hospitality Destinations
An exciting opportunity exists to lead and develop the team at The Lodge Wadjemup as we enter our next phase of growth and operations.
In its first year of operation, The Lodge Wadjemup has quickly established itself as one of Australia's most exciting hospitality destinations, receiving widespread acclaim including recognition in Time Magazine's World's Greatest Places and being named among the top 100 places to visit globally. This is a unique opportunity to build on that success and help shape the future of a destination that has already captured the attention of guests from around the world.
Located in the heart of Wadjemup (Rottnest Island), The Lodge Wadjemup combines authentic island hospitality with exceptional accommodation, food, beverage and guest experiences. Locally owned and operated, the precinct was delivered by a carefully curated team, hospitality professionals and tourism leaders.
The property offers a diverse range of accommodation options for all types of visitors, with 109 rooms ranging from comfortable bunk rooms through to spacious family accommodation. Guests enjoy lakeside and island views, resort‐style facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the unique spirit of Wadjemup.
At the heart of the precinct is a vibrant Mediterranean inspired 350‐seat dining and bar called Sunsets, showcasing local beer, wine and produce, alongside Pelican a street‐facing kiosk serving coffee, snacks and soft‐serve ice cream for visitors exploring the island.
