About the Role
The Seed Pickling Operator is responsible for running the Seed Pickling Plant to ensure the grain is treated correctly. The Seed Pickling Operator is responsible for managing the chemicals, grain intake, packaging and grain quality.
Skills & experience
The Seed Pickling Operator role requires the following skills and experience:
* Current Forklift Licence and Driver Licence (Required)
* Proven working experience in Agriculture
* Chemical Safety certificate (desired, otherwise we will pay for the course)
* Proficiency in operating machinery
* Familiarity with quality practices and methods
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Ability to lift heavy objects
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team, but also work individually and unsupervised
