ACE Rental is expanding, and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and support our wet hire operations across Southeast Queensland.
This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, customer service, and operational coordination.
You'll be out meeting clients, visiting job sites, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

About the Role
You will be responsible for growing ACE Rental's footprint across SEQ while ensuring our customers receive the reliable, solutions-focused service we're known for.
Your day will include:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Identifying new business opportunities across construction, civil, and related industries
Coordinating wet hire operators and equipment for upcoming jobs
Managing job requirements, timelines, and communication between clients and operators
Providing operational support to ensure jobs run smoothly
Representing ACE Rental professionally onsite and at customer meetings
Sales or account management experience (equipment hire, construction, automotive, transport, or similar industries preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable dealing with customers, operators, and site supervisors
Ability to plan and manage your own day independently
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Competent with basic computer systems, quoting, and record keeping
Valid driver's licence
Ability to work safely on job sites
Understanding of trucks, machinery, or construction equipment
Knowledge of hire industry processes
