You'll be part of a close-knit kitchen team delivering delicious food to members and guests across bistro dining, private events, and club functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with club standards
* Assist in menu execution, plating, and service delivery
* Maintain food safety, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness
* Contribute to stock control, prep, and waste minimisation
* Support team leadership and junior staff where needed
* Be adaptable to various service styles including events and functions
What You'll Bring:
* Commercial Cookery qualification and relevant food safety certification
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* A passion for quality food and presentation
* Strong time management and teamwork skills
* Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
