At Callide Valley Lawns & Services, we take pride in keeping the Valley looking its best. We maintain private homes, commercial properties and outdoor spaces across Biloela and the Callide Valley. We're a small, supportive team that values safety, quality work and flexibility.
The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join our Grounds & Maintenance Crew. No two days are the same – you'll be mowing, trimming, mulching, turfing and more, with plenty of variety and teamwork along the way.
Day to day, you'll:
* Operate zero-turn mowers, whipper-snippers, blowers and hedge trimmers
* Carry out hedging, pruning, mulching and garden clean-ups
* Assist with turf care (top-dressing, fertilising, aeration, weed control)
* Support soft landscaping and small garden installs
* Perform general outdoor/property maintenance and seasonal clean-ups
* Work safely with tools, machinery and vehicles
What We're Looking For
We want reliable, practical people who enjoy working outdoors.
You'll bring:
* Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, parks/gardens or similar
* Ability to safely use outdoor power tools and small machinery
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physical fitness to handle outdoor labouring tasks
* A positive, can-do attitude with pride in workmanship
Desirable (not essential):
* Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
* MR licence or towing/trailer experience
