Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to design and execute HR plans that drive operational success.
* Talent Development: Coach managers through change, growth, and transformation initiatives, ensuring a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
* Employee Relations: Conduct workplace investigations, manage outcomes, and support disciplinary processes while promoting positive employee relations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of industrial relations and workplace legislation.
* Experience with coaching, facilitation, and organisational development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
