AtLINK, we specialise in off-the-plan apartment sales for Sydney's leading residential developers. Our mission is to connect buyers with exceptional projects by offering a smarter, more strategic sales experience.
We pride ourselves on our market insight, honest approach, and commitment to delivering results. With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, we're looking for a drivenProject Sales Executiveto join our Sydney-based team.
The Role
As a Project Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the sales journey from enquiry to contract — representing high-quality off-the-plan apartment developments across Sydney.
You'll be based between our Rosebery office and display suites, working closely with a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell off-the-plan apartments across a portfolio of residential projects
* Manage and convert leads throughHubSpot CRM
* Conduct display suite appointments, inspections, and buyer consultations
* Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimise sales strategies
* Build strong relationships with buyers, developers, and key stakeholders
* Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance and buyer activity
* Represent LINK at project launches, VIP events, and weekend openings
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in residential property sales (off-the-plan preferred)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and self-motivation
* CRM proficiency — HubSpot experience highly regarded
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
* Willingness to work weekends and some after-hours events
