**Lead Educator Role Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside their team to design and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children in our care. This includes developing strategies to promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Effective communication and collaboration are essential skills required for success in this position.
We welcome applicants who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children and their families. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying is preferred. First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification and a valid Blue Card or Exemption Card are also required.
