**About the role**:
Join the Dulux Acratex sales team as our Roofing Coatings Account Manager in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast, QLD and use your strong sales and relationship building skills to drive the development our customer base. The roofing product portfolio and market segment offers a dynamic opportunity for the right applicant to have enormous and sustained success.
This is a strongly sales-focused role, where your key responsibilities will be servicing, maintaining and growing the existing Dulux roofing customer base consisting of both commercial and residential roofing specialists and contractors. You'll be converting leads and quotes into sales, working hard to achieve KPIs and budgets, whilst collaborating with our Dulux Trade Centres and Sales team along the way.
While most of your day will be spent on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits across our store network, you will also be planning for the days ahead - booking sales meetings and developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers ensuring a structured and targeted approach.
**Responsibilities**
- Generating leads and growing our customer base within the roofing coatings market
- Providing excellent service to our existing customers
- Creating and following call plans for a structured approach
- Tracking and recording sales performance in our CRM system

**Skills & Experience**
As a reliable and committed individual your strength will lie in managing and fostering sales relationships with customers. You'll bring good problem solving and communication skills as well as an organised approach. Other key skills experience include:
- B2B Sales experience within the trades or construction industry
- Roofing industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essential with our great training and development on offer
- Great time management and organisational skills - this will be a highly autonomous role
- Solid understanding working with Excel and Outlook
