Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to manage and optimize international roaming and interconnect operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for voice interconnect, IDD and roaming partners.
* Negotiate and manage voice interconnect, IDD and roaming agreements, including pricing and SLAs.
* Manage annual IDD and Interconnect budgets involving identifying and delivering incremental cost savings with carrier partners, both domestic and international.
* Resolve intercarrier disputes and billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with finance and legal teams on contract management and settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in roaming, interconnect, or carrier relations within a telecom environment.
* A strong understanding of GSMA standards and roaming/interconnect protocols.
* An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
