The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking a happy, bubbly, and organised Receptionist / Office All‐Rounder to join our small, close‐knit onsite team at Earlville Shopping Town.
As the face and voice of the Centre Management office, you will be the absolute anchor of our daily operations. This is a busy, fast‐paced entry‐level role where no two days are the same. You'll manage the front desk, handle local community enquiries, and assist with ad‐hoc administrative duties from time to time to support the broader management, marketing, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Act as the first point of contact, greeting customers, visitors and contractors with a warm, professional welcome.
* Manage the central email inbox, answer phone calls and coordinate centre radio communications, also assisting with administrative duties as needed.
* Maintain the lost property register and coordinate the hire of centre mobility equipment (wheelchairs and scooters).
* Provide all‐rounder support to the team, including assisting the Marketing Manager, installing centre signage, performing data entry, tracking monthly tenant sales figures and handling various administrative tasks as required.
* Build positive daily relationships with our retailers and assist them with basic administrative inquiries.

* A naturally helpful, bubbly personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence navigating basic office technology, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and spreadsheets.
* The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure; in a busy public‐facing environment you must follow established safety protocols and know when to delegate or seek assistance—your safety is always our priority.
* Strong attention to detail, a knack for multitasking and a genuine drive to support the wider team.
