The Opportunity Design, build and maintain internal platforms, automations and software tools Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify tech gaps and solve real-world challenges with smart solutions Build both quick prototypes and scalable systems using a mix of code and low-code/no-code platforms Integrate third-party APIs and leverage AI/ML capabilities where relevant Own the end-to-end development lifecycle - from concept to deployment Tech Stack & Tools: Languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), SQL Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, or similar Tools/Platforms: GitHub, Docker, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, etc. Cloud & Infra: AWS, Azure, Firebase or similar AI Integration: OpenAI, LangChain, GPT APIs (bonus points!)
