If you're passionate about leadership, strategic thinking, and making a real commercial impact-this is your next big move.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the WA sales team to achieve regional revenue, growth, and profitability targets.- Manage and mentor the Perth-based Sales Manager, supporting their leadership and development.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2 B customers across hospitality, catering, education, healthcare, mining, and corporate segments.- Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into untapped market segments.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement and service delivery.- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer insights.- Lead regional tender submissions and contract negotiations where required.- Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to national strategic planning.- Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product range and industry trends.Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of senior B2 B sales leadership experience.- Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams.- Experience in Hospitality, Catering, FMCG, or related industries.- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.- Customer-focused with the ability to engage diverse industry clients.- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Management.- Experience in regional sales management or multi-site operations.- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales approaches.
