As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our client's operations. The company has partnered with one of the largest transport companies in the country and is seeking an experienced professional to join their team at Perth Airport.
About the role:
* Efficiently tracking warranty payments within the department
* Reconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
* Processing and submitting warranty claims in a timely manner and in line with warranty policy and procedures
* Compiling warranty claim documentation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
* Verifying submission criteria required by factory or distributor
* Posting credits into the dealer management system
* Following up on payment of outstanding claims
* Controlling warranty parts by ensuring all parts are tagged with mandatory OEM required information, filing, and storing of parts in systematic order
About You:
* Previous experience working in a Warranty Administration, Technician, Parts, or Service Advisor role within a dealership environment is preferred
* Understanding of Warranty policies and procedures
* Ability to interpret technical information relating to automotive products
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite
* Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
* Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
