Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business plans and sales strategies that meet and exceed performance targets.
You'll work closely with our sales managers to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches to capitalize on these opportunities. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with clients and guests.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the events, corporate, or wholesale markets to source new accounts and boost sales performance. You'll also collaborate with our director of sales to set strategic goals and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives to generate both new and repeat business, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and guests, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably with knowledge of the events, corporate, or wholesale markets.
* Experience with sales strategies and target-driven sales approaches.
* A proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships.
