Talent International are currently recruiting for an APS5 Level Reporting & Administration Officer, to work for an Australian Federal Government Client based in Richmond or Geelong
This position is an initial 12-month contracts with the view to be extended and are paying $53.63 per hour + Super.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Leading a small team creating evaluations and reporting on the delivery of learning programs and projects, including performing basic research and analysis.
- Extracting and producing a range of Human Resources (HR) data, statistics and reports using the Learning Management System, HR system and Microsoft Excel.
- Interpreting data for operational information and reporting purposes and submitting change requests when required.
- Preparing accurate and timely scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing additional administrative support when required.
**About you?**
- Experience within State or Federal Government highly regarded
- Team leadership experience
- A positive attitude towards disability
- Coming from an HR background would be desirable
- You must be an **Australian Citizen** to work for this Client
