As a Professional in our Risk & Controls Assurance team, you'll lead IT audit engagements across industries, helping clients strengthen their IT control environments and protect critical systems.

What you'll do:
* Lead and manage IT audit engagements, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluate clients' IT environments including application controls, infrastructure, cyber security, data protection, and IT governance frameworks.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams specializing in IT controls and security.
* Collaborate with clients to identify IT risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies that enhance the overall control environment.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT audit methodology and leverage emerging technologies such as automation and data analytics.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing IT audit engagements within professional services or industry, covering application controls, general IT controls, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
* Strong technical knowledge of IT audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO‐27001), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on IT control assurance.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations.
* Relevant professional certifications such as CISA or CISSP, or progress towards a CA/CPA qualification is highly regarded.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700, including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
