We're on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our small, close-knit kitchen team at the Kin Kin Hotel. This is not your average pub gig – our menu changes regularly, and is built around the seasons, local produce, and a love for nose-to-tail cooking. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a truly unique dining destination.
About Us
The Kin Kin Hotel is a lovingly restored heritage pub in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland. Our kitchen draws inspiration (and ingredients) from the market garden just across the road, as well as an ever-growing network of local farmers and producers. With our seasonal menu, freshly baked pastries, and an impressive line-up of local beers on tap, we're redefining what pub dining can be.

What we're looking for:
* A chef with passion for food and a drive to learn and grow
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn takes preference
* A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
* Team player with good communication skills
* Flexibility, creativity, and an eye for detail
