A Day in the Life
As the face of our Food & Beverage team at our prestigious 5-star resort, our F&B Attendants play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for individuals who are proactive, bring a can-do attitude, and consistently deliver service that reflects the highest standards of exceptional hospitality.
We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for the following positions:
* Section Waiters: Deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences to our guests.
* Baristas: Craft exceptional coffee and provide friendly, efficient service in our vibrant bar areas.
* Conference & Events: Deliver efficient, professional and friendly service to our corporate clients, wedding guests and RACV members.

We're Looking For…
* Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment.
* Wine knowledge desirable
* Knowledge in the Conference and Event Space
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality.
* The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
* Someone who can work evenings and weekends
* A valid Victorian RSA.
* Full working rights in Australia.
