We are seeking a compassionate **Payroll Officer **to join our WA team, on a **full-time** basis.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this position will see you support the end-to-end processing of fortnightly payrolls for our employees across WA and NSW.
You will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing great customer service and responding to all payroll enquiries.
Your communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills will be required with the following tasks:
- accurately processing fortnightly payrolls in a time and efficient manner;
- processing in accordance with our current enterprise agreements and awards;
- setting up new starter employees (ensuring compliant with all relevant documentations received).
- assisting the team resolve tickets within our Payroll Enquiry Portal.
- accurately processing back pay calculations.
Now... before we can set you loose in our Payroll team and (more importantly) introduce you to our staff, we need to ensure you possess:
- previous experience in a similar role - previous experience using PayGlobal and/or TimeTarget is advantageous.
- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- evidence of Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
- full working rights in Australia.
