About the Role
As a New Home Advocate / Broker, you'll become a trusted guide to first home buyers. You'll work with them one-on‐one to understand their dreams and goals, then develop a personalised strategy that includes finance, land acquisition, home design, and builder selection.
Your role is about more than just hitting targets – it's about building real, lasting connections, and making what can be a stressful experience feel exciting, smooth, and transparent.
You'll:
* Build authentic relationships with clients and champion their journey from start to finish.
* Take clients through the full process – from budgeting and finance, to land selection, home design, and builder choice.
* Educate, inspire, and empower clients to take action toward homeownership.
* Handle inbound leads via phone, text, and email – no cold calling required.
* Manage your pipeline with precision and professionalism using our CRM.
* Collaborate with our internal team (finance, marketing, ops, leadership) to deliver a seamless experience.
* Continuously develop your knowledge and improve your performance – we'll support you every step of the way.
