We are recruiting two senior General Managers, based in Brisbane and Sydney, to lead multi-site dealership operations and act as the regional face of the business.
Reporting directly to the senior executive, you will take full ownership of regional performance across sales, service and parts, while representing the brand with customers, partners and the broader industry.
This is a high-visibility leadership role suited to an experienced operator from the equipment, automotive or commercial vehicle sectors who can balance commercial performance with strong stakeholder engagement.
The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will:
* Lead multiple branches with full P&L accountability
* Drive consistent operational standards and performance improvement
* Represent the business across your region with customers, industry groups and community networks
* Build strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients
* Partner with national leadership to align strategy and execution
