Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an enterprise-level System Administrator role
* Strong technical knowledge across key infrastructure technologies

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration, setup, and troubleshooting across Microsoft Windows, Exchange Servers, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure
* Managing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networking and routing
* Analysing technical requirements to support business process improvements
* Delivering workshops, training sessions, and clear end-user documentation
* Following ITIL change management procedures to ensure operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
* Oracle Infrastructure and Database administration
* Hands-on experience in helpdesk or technical support environments
* Exposure to Windows Server, Cisco networking, and infrastructure project delivery
