About you: We seek a dynamic, results-driven Business Enablement Manager to join our People and Payroll Product Management team. In this key role, you will serve as a bridge between Product & Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the business is well-equipped to support, implement, and promote new product features. Your efforts will directly influence adoption, streamline implementation, and improve customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cross-functional enablement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify enablement needs related to new products, developing tailored strategies based on understanding of business processes and challenges.
2. Enablement strategy and execution: Design and implement training programs, resources, and tools to support product launches and updates, translating technical details into user-friendly materials in partnership with Product Managers.
3. Stakeholder management: Act as the primary liaison between Product & Engineering and other business units, aligning enablement initiatives with company goals and gathering feedback to improve adoption efforts.
4. Performance tracking & reporting: Monitor and analyze program metrics, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience: Ideally, 5+ years in enablement, product management, or related roles within SaaS or HR/Payroll tech, with proven experience working across functions in a matrix environment. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; certifications in product, enablement, or project management are advantageous. Strong project management skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights are essential. Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems, tools, and the product lifecycle is highly desirable.
