Hospitality Officer | BlueCare | Retirement Living - Bundaberg
Casual opportunity – allows you to maintain current commitments.
Remuneration: $30.05 per hour plus casual loadings, 12% super, Not for Profit Salary Packaging, Penalties & Allowances.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake housekeeping services according to the designated role or roster.
* Foster a professional relationship with residents and team members, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Ensure equipment is used and stored per manufacturer's instructions and organisational guidelines.
* Report any defects in equipment or other hazards.
* Report resident feedback and complaints and participate in resolution and quality improvement practices.
* Ensure a safe environment for residents and others through proactive health and safety, identifying risks and implementing remedies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning.
* Enthusiasm and strong self‐motivation.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
