We are looking for a professional to fill the role of Industrial Commercial Sales Representative. This position is responsible for closing sales with end-users outside of the residential department.
This role requires strong communication skills to provide solutions to clients seeking our expertise in facilities airflow needs while enhancing their overall experience.
* Maintain a strong knowledge base of all product ranges.
* Record client details and conversation notes into our CRM for future reference.
* Respond and qualify sales leads in the industrial/commercial end-user lead queue.
* Offer solutions-based sales approach by listening to and answering client questions.
* Proactively source and develop client referrals to cultivate new business.
* Create, review, and send sales proposals.
* Liaise with our OSR team for facility-specific visits or requests from clients.
* Follow up with open opportunities to build an accurate sales pipeline.
* Negotiate and close orders by collecting payment via credit card, bank remittance, purchase order, or signed quote.
* Handle and assist showroom walk-ins.
* Be available to attend trade shows and events.
* Minimise sales errors by maintaining exceptional database integrity.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a successful sales role.
* Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment.
* Experience using and understanding Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
* A sound understanding of measurements, airflow, and the ability to recommend products using that knowledge (training provided).
