Customer Service and Sales Role
This is a full-time customer service and sales role available at our store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be energetic and enthusiastic, and have experience in a retail environment.
About the Job
The role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
* Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
* Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
* You will possess previous experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
* A strong attention to detail
