Rental sales officer - casual (melbourne)

About the role

Primary tasks include:

• Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
• Offering information and additional services based on customers' needs
• Checking vehicles on return of rental
• Providing a high level of customer service

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
• Ability to learn and operate various software systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to undertake frequent, standing, walking and moving all day
• Strong team ethic
• Current, unrestricted driver's licence
• Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
• Valid driver's licence (required)
• Submission of Traffic History prior to commencement
