What you'll be doing:
Sandbagging and general site prep
Digging trenches
Assisting pipelayers and civil trades
Supporting subdivision crews
Working safely around earthmoving equipment
Helping the team wherever needed
What we're looking for:
Previous labouring experience (civil/subdivision experience ideal)
White Card
Reliable transport
Strong work ethic and good communication skills
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual labour
