Trolley Collection Driver – Woolworths Supermarkets

About the role
Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition. You'll work side‑by‑side with your team while bringing a little good to everyone, every day.
What you'll do
* Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
* Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
* Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
* Carry out all pre‑start and handover routines for the vehicle.
* Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
* Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
* You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
* Receive full training and assessment in operating our trolley collection vehicles.
What you'll bring
* An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your career.
* Hold a full (unrestricted) Australian driver's licence, provisional P2 (Green P Plates), or full International driver's licence.
* Physical fitness is essential, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
* Availability to work Monday‑Sunday on shifts starting from 6 am or 4 pm.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
