The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) program supports young people aged 12–25 experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges. Delivered through multidisciplinary care, therapeutic interventions, and community connection to help young people achieve optimal well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead specialist therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
* Support junior therapists to maintain high service standards
* Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure integrated care pathways
* Document clinical work accurately and meet service targets
* Participate in supervision, team meetings, and referral pathway development
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in individual therapy with adolescents
* Understanding of trauma, youth mental health, and recovery principles
* Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Current registration with a professional body
