* Build meaningful relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
* Achieve sales and margin targets while delivering on KPIs that reflect both performance and customer satisfaction.
* Provide thoughtful, tailored advice by developing deep product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest in design and technology.
* Complete sales administration with accuracy, from quoting through to liaising with service, logistics, and supplier teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in premium retail, sales, or customer service is required.
* A passion for design, innovation, and the home living sector is essential.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
* Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features is required.
* High standards of professional presentation are expected.
* Computer literacy and attention to detail are required, with Google Workspace experience highly regarded.
* Flexibility to work weekends in a vibrant showroom environment is necessary.
