We're recruiting for an iconic, 'big-box' and much loved retailer with a strong market presence in Australia. With stores right across the country it is well known and loved, and has been operating for over 30 years within the market.
Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic large format Supervisor or Manager to join this retailer in Bendigo. Coming from a proven history in retail and business management, you will be able to successfully lead a large team to develop their skills and most importantly: contribute to the team culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have a love for developing a team and thrive in a large format, fast-paced role. You will have excellent communication, a can-do attitude and a "lead from the front" management style.
