In addition, you will also:Have weekday AND weekend shifts available. Weekends = penalty rates!!!Demonstrate 1 year in the Australian Aged Care Sector.Exhibit an excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures at all times.Have excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling, or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears!Be able to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus as you will be making a difference in their lives every day! We want to have fun in our homes.Have a passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer, including building positive relationships with their families.Possess a very positive teamwork attitude; you are on time, offer to help, be supportive, and be a fun team colleague that everyone loves to work with!Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies.Must have the industry compliance of NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (*or willingness to obtain).This is a busy role where you will be moving all the time with a lot of bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting to do your duties safely.
