Lead Educator Role Overview
This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Lead Educator to join our team in supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for all children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. They will support and guide children's learning while developing their own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Design and implement learning experiences to be included in children's developmental programs.
* Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences.
* Guide and support your team ensuring a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.
* An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher.
* Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
* An approved Working with Children Check.
