What this opportunity involves
We're seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to deliver world‐class conference centre management and concierge services for Atlassian's Melbourne office. This client‐facing role requires outstanding communication skills across all levels, combining service excellence with a passion for creating memorable workplace experiences that reflect JLL and Atlassian's values and culture. This is a fixed‐term contract from June 2026 – July 2027.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily conference centre operations including meetings, events and catering
* Develop and expand Concierge Services while improving systems and processes
* Deliver hotel‐style arrival experiences with warm, professional service
* Manage high volumes of meeting bookings, events and JIRA tickets
* Provide registration support, access passes and visitor management
* Handle mail, packages, couriers and customer service enquiries
* Coordinate food and beverage services and support large‐scale events
* Support Site Management, IT, Catering and Facilities Teams as emergency coordinator
What we are looking for
* Solid supervisory or management experience in hospitality, events, meeting planning, and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Proven stakeholder engagement at all levels with exceptional client service focus
* Strong problem‐solving with capacity to handle ambiguity and implement strategic solutions
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; G‐Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Coupa proficiency desirable
* Bachelor's degree preferred with resilience and adaptability in high‐pressure environments
