About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to our Property and Building Services teams.
* Main duties will include:
* Lease administration: preparing and facilitating lease documents and forms
* Insurance matters: coordinating certification from lessees and administering claims
* Rent reviews: assisting with customer rent reviews, diary monitoring, lease clause interpretation, and review calculations
* Capital expenditure: processing and documenting capital expenditures
* Maintenance reports: reviewing and acting on monthly maintenance reports and contractor recommendations
* General administration: assisting Property and Building Services teams
* Office matters: supporting the Business Manager with ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate will possess:
* A relevant bachelor's degree or be close to completion
* Previous experience in property administration or assistant property management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Problem-solving abilities and initiative to improve efficiency
* Ability to develop a thorough understanding of property and building management functions
* Adherence to company values
