Early Childhood Educator Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional learning programs for our children.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality education and care services that promote the development and well-being of young children.
You will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
Apart from your teaching responsibilities, you will also contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver effective educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and self-expression.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current WA Working with Children Check.
