* Key Responsibilities:
* Increase the number of advisers using retail / wholesale funds by identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
* Retain existing Funds Under Management (FUM) through effective relationship management, regular communication, and proactive issue resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall distribution strategy and Australian business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Travel extensively as required, including regular attendance at key events such as conferences, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

Requirements:

* 8-10 years of sales experience within funds/asset management, preferably in a similar role.
* A strong understanding of distribution and sales cycles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* An established network of financial advisers and intermediaries in the region, with a proven track record of success.
