About the Role:
* Work in a goal-directed way with clients and their families alongside the multidisciplinary team.
* Play an active role in building capacity for clients to live their best life.
* Enrich clients' lives using your Speech Pathology skills to support and promote clients': speech, language, and communication across everyday activities and routines; use of Key Word Sign, low and high-tech AAC; and successful and safe mealtimes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver meaningful supervision, coaching, and mentoring to passionate speech therapy professionals.
* Support a varied, complex caseload and shape caseloads towards your interests and strengths.
* Delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed practice, including but not limited to Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
