Do you have experience in HR, payroll or return-to-work coordination and want to broaden your career into a generalist HR role? If you're motivated to learn, grow and develop your advisory skills with mentoring and hands-on experience, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and practical HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational HR, payroll or return-to-work experience who is eager to broaden their skills and develop into a well-rounded HR Advisor with structured mentoring and support.
In this hands-on role, you will provide quality HR advisory and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders and employees across our corporate, sales and manufacturing teams. You'll gain exposure to core HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment support, compliance, and people operations, while building your confidence in providing practical HR advice.
This is a visible, site-based role where you'll regularly engage with employees within our manufacturing facilities. You'll need to be comfortable being present on the floor, building strong working relationships, and providing approachable, solutions-focused HR support beyond the office environment. Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll contribute to maintaining compliance with employment legislation, ensuring accurate employee records, and continuously improving HR systems and processes.
This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Head Office in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.
