Main Responsibilities:
* Manage IP workload including trademark registrations, patents, licensing, and infringement.
* Draft, negotiate, review and advise on commercial contracts, such as distributor agreements.
* Provide guidance on compliance, IT, regulatory, and employment law; support international operations.
Key Qualifications:
* 4-10 years of post-admission experience in private practice or in-house.
* Australian lawyer with a current practicing certificate.
* Strong legal and commercial acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
