A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. The role involves communicating and delegating tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
1. Supervising Food and Beverage Outlet operations
2. Communicating and delegating tasks to the team
3. Ensuring compliance with brand standards
4. Managing guest queries promptly and efficiently
5. Representing the needs of the team
6. Assisting management in achieving financial targets
7. Supporting training and development of team members
8. Participating in annual and mid-year appraisals
9. Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
10. Being environmentally conscious
11. Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good relationships
