* Assemble, prepare and produce food as directed by the catering manager.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to kitchen policies.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP Food Safety Plan and monitor food safety standards.
You'll bring:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Knowledge of menu and nutritional standards.
* Full understanding of HACCP Food Safety guidelines.
This role offers the opportunity to utilize your culinary expertise in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals that meet the dietary needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The following are the key qualifications and skills required for this role:
