What You Will Do:

As an Associate Professional Services Consultant, you will assist and support project service engagements, including implementations, training, data setup, and conversions. Acting as a system expert, you will collaborate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, efficient project execution, and successful outcomes, all within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist and support client implementations, conversions, and professional service engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite
2. Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements to tailor solutions
3. Deliver regular status updates, highlighting key milestones and risks
4. Advise clients on software configuration and best practices
5. Provide escalated application support following internal policies and guidelines
6. Work closely with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to facilitate a seamless transition from implementation to product adoption
7. Track project progress, ensuring on-time and budget-aligned execution
8. Stay informed on product developments and industry trends
9. Participate in internal user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed
10. Maintain a good knowledge of the media/advertising industry and trends within the industry


Who You Are:

1. 2+ years of experience in client services, training, or consulting
2. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
4. Proven experience in delivering in-person and remote training
5. Experience working with Product and QA teams to troubleshoot and enhance solutions
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with advertising agency systems or related software
2. Knowledge of media management and buying
3. Accounting knowledge
4. Strong analytical and research abilities
5. Familiarity with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence
